Crude palm Oil on MCX settled up by 0.44% at 566.9 supported by pick-up in demand at the spot market. Malaysia palm oil exports during Dec 1-20 dropped 14.39% compared to a month earlier on subdued demand from Middle East, data showed. Malaysian palm oil products for Dec 1-20 fell 14.4% to 629,043 tons, down from 734,800 tons in the same period a month earlier, cargo surveyor Intertek Testing Service. Exports during the first half of Dec were lower as per the latest data. Malaysia's Dec. 1-15 palm oil exports -7.6% m/m to 481,349 tons Intertek estimated. Meanwhile some pessimism came as Malaysia B10 biofuel mandate not scrapped, only delayed the Malaysian minister said.
